with a 24-hour market and on-site restaurants, everything was convenient. the room size was generous and the beds were very comfortable. i also had a unique experience when extra towels were delivered to my room by a robot. it was truly a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fitness center and pool were great amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was very clean, and the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. the hotel is really close to the convention centre - which is brilliant. also, the pool is big and beautiful - with a waterfall. and there's a second pool on the second or third floor - if you want more tranquility.

As adventure travelers in the Orlando area, my wife and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area was absolutely awesome. We loved our room with a view of the pool, and the amenities were beyond expectations. The gym was well-equipped and had separate rooms for different workouts. The 24-hour market and diner were a great convenience, offering vegan and gluten-free options. The bathroom smart mirror and motion sensor LED light were thoughtful touches. It was truly a wonderful stay!
Room cleanliness was a major disappointment. We found M&Ms, dirty handprints, and even a pair of dirty underwear in our supposedly cleaned room.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The convention center was seamlessly integrated, and the Bee Line dinner was fantastic with gluten-free options.
Felt totally safe, no complaints at all.
